Hokkaido University: 北方言語研究, 2014. 4: 199-212.This paper aims to present two texts of Sibe (one of the Tungusic languages) with grammatical analysis. These texts were documented by the author from August 28 to September 10, 2013 in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China. The native informant of these texts is Mrs. Xiang Yuan, who was born in the first village of Chabucha’er Sibe Autonomous County in 1948. The first text is a cooking manual of a traditional Sibe food called Tatere beda, which is a kind of hand- made noodles. And the second text is also a cooking manual of Falexe ewen, a traditional pancake made from wheat flour.
