LEAVE NO CLUE: Never Get Caught

In January of 1988 a middle ranking Russian communist party official, consumed with his own self-interest, made a decision which would turn out to be the catalyst of calamitous consequences for himself and his family. Motivated purely by greed, his actions were indirectly responsible for the murders of two men in Sverdlovsk and a young woman in Moscow.

He unwittingly paved the way for a psychopathic killer to defect to the United States via Cuba, Venezuela and Columbia where he was introduced to the illegal drug trade by Pablo Escobar. The immigrant’s knowledge of Escobar and the Medellin Cartel was considered too valuable to ignore, resulting in him being recruited as an informer for the Drug Enforcement Administration. He was allowed to operate as a drug dealing middleman, resulting in him amassing a fortune over a seventeen-year period.

In the summer of 2007, two separate events rocked his world to its foundations.

The successful search for the missing slain Romanov children, also uncovered the remains of someone who was killed seventy years after the prince and princess.

The young, mixed-race French/American woman, brought to his house by two of his bodyguards, would prove to be the biggest mistake of his life.
