The small African nation of Scambia is in danger, and it doesn't even know it. International syndicates want to create a lawless safe haven for well-heeled criminals, and Scambia fits the bill for a lot of reasons. Problem: the president of Scambia is a dedicated servant of his country. Solution: the vice-president of Scambia isn't. All that's needed is financial backing, good timing, and a little honor among thieves, and a fragile democratic nation will fall. What the criminals can't count on is Remo Williams.
